Arrival | Lima

Arrive late in the evening into Lima and transfer to the JW Marriott Lima for a restful night overlooking the Pacific.

Day 1

Arrival & Welcome

A relaxed day to recover from travel and settle into the rhythm of Peru. In the evening, gather for a welcome dinner to begin our shared experience.

Day 2

Sacred Landscapes of Lima

Pachacámac – The Oracle of the Coast

Journey to Pachacámac, one of the most important pilgrimage centers in ancient Peru, where devotees once consulted an oracle believed to speak through the earth itself.

Museo Larco – Symbols of a Civilization

An elegant exploration of pre-Columbian art, followed by lunch in the garden restaurant.

Huaca Huallamarca – A Quiet Memory

A serene pre-Inca pyramid tucked into the modern city.

Huaca Pucllana – Ritual & Illumination

Explore the site before dining beside its illuminated ruins.

January 9
Day 3

Into the Andes – Sacred Valley

Fly to Cusco and continue into the Sacred Valley for a three-night stay. Settle in and enjoy a relaxed evening and dinner at the hotel.

January 10
Day 4

Sacred Valley Exploration

Explore Moray, the enigmatic agricultural terraces of the Incas. Visit Ñaupa Iglesia, a mysterious carved sanctuary often associated with portal-like energy. Continue to Ollantaytambo for lunch and exploration of its fortress and town. In the afternoon, visit Destilería Andina Herbolario, with a scenic glimpse of the Maras salt mines en route back to the hotel.

Day 5

Machu Picchu Experience

Journey by train to Machu Picchu for a full day exploring one of the most iconic sacred sites in the world.

January 12
Day 6

Cusco & Sacred Sites

Travel to Cusco, visiting Tambomachay and the monumental Sacsayhuamán along the way. Continue to Q’enqo, Kusilluchayoc (Temple of the Monkeys), and the Temple of the Moon at Amaru Marka Wasi. Conclude at Qorikancha, the most sacred temple of the Inca Empire, before checking into your hotel for a two-night stay.

January 13
Day 7

Cusco at Leisure

A slower morning followed by time to explore Cusco at your own pace. Enjoy lunch, free time, and dinner in this historic Andean city.

January 14
Day 8

Journey to Lake Titicaca

Travel south to Raqchi, home to the Temple of Viracocha. Continue through the highlands with lunch in Sicuani and a visit to Pucará, an important pre-Inca ceremonial center. Arrive at Titilaka Lodge for an evening by the lake.

January 15
Day 9

Portals & Ancient Tombs

Explore the Chulpas de Molloco, followed by the fertility temple of Inca Uyo. Visit Aramu Muru, known as the “Gate of the Gods,” and continue to Cutimbo and Sillustani before returning to the lodge.

January 16
Day 10

Return to the Coast

Depart early for the airport and fly back to Lima. Continue south along the coast to Paracas, stopping for lunch en route. Check into Hotel Paracas, a Luxury Collection Resort, for a relaxing evening.

January 17
Day 11

Nazca Lines & Pisco Heritage

Take a scenic flight over the Nazca Lines. Visit Tacama Winery, one of the oldest wineries in the Americas, for a tour, tasting, and lunch.

January 18
Day 12

Ballestas Islands

Set out by boat to the Ballestas Islands, home to sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and the mysterious Paracas Candelabra. Return for lunch and an afternoon at leisure.

January 19
Day 13

Return to Lima

Depart Paracas and return to Lima. En route, visit the Regional Museum of Ica Adolfo Bermúdez Jenkins to view the elongated skulls. Continue to Hacienda La Caravedo for a pisco distillery tour, tasting, and lunch with a Peruvian Paso horse show. Arrive in Lima for overnight flights home, or continue on the Bolivia extension.
