As an independent tour operator and small business, we are committed to providing unique, personalized travel experiences. Due to the extensive planning and upfront costs associated with organizing our tours, we do not offer cash refunds.

However, we understand that plans can change. In the event you need to cancel your trip, we will gladly apply your payment as a credit toward a future tour. This credit does not expire and can be used toward any upcoming experience hosted by Hayley Ramsey.
