Day 1: Arrive in Dublin – Explore Clontarf Castle (September 21)

Arrive in Dublin and check into the historic Clontarf Castle Hotel, a stunning medieval castle dating back to 1172. Once a Knights Templar preceptory, this castle offers a perfect blend of history and luxury. Enjoy a welcome dinner in this enchanting setting.

Day 2: Castles, Cathedrals, and the Guinness Experience in Dublin (September 22)

Start your day with a visit to Drimnagh Castle, known for its appearances in The Tudors and Ella Enchanted. Then, explore the magnificent St. Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1220, before heading to Temple Bar, a vibrant district named after Sir William Temple, whose family lineage traces back to the Knights Templar. After lunch, visit the iconic Christ Church Cathedral, famous for its medieval architecture and mummified cat-and-rat. Day 4: Journey to Cork - Castles, Dolmens, and Sacred Sites (September 24)

Day 7: Knights, Whiskey, and Dublin’s Legendary Sites (September 27)

On your way back to Dublin, stop at Grangefertagh, a ruined church with a round tower and tombs of medieval knights. Then, visit Powerscourt Distillery for a whiskey and food pairing tour. In Dublin, explore the Book of Kells at Trinity College and visit Dublin Castle before checking into the Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Club for your farewell dinner.

Day 8: Departure or Optional Northern Ireland Add-On (September 28)
